The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle based on visual guidance and a control method thereof. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a mechanical arm assembly connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a mechanical arm fixing platform and a control mainboard. The mechanical arm assembly comprises a rotary positioning module, a horizontal guide module, an axial telescopic module, a rotary cutting module and a binocular camera module. The mechanical arm assembly is installed below the unmanned aerial vehicle body and connected through the mechanical arm fixing platform. The rotation positioning module comprises a servo motor, a planetary reducer and a coupler. The control mainboard comprises a control module, a positioning module, a path planning module, a communication module and a deep learning module. Compared with the prior art, the corn tassel removing device has the advantages that omissive corn tassels are accurately identified and positioned by adopting a visual technology, meanwhile, the mechanical arm device is simple in structure and large in working space, the error-tolerant rate and the stability are improved, the tassels can be accurately removed, the seed corn tassel removing efficiency is improved, and then the seed quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种基于视觉引导的无人机及其控制方法,无人机包括:无人机主体、与无人机主体连接的机械臂组件、机械臂固定平台和控制主板;机械臂组件包括:回旋定位模块、水平导引模块、轴向伸缩模块、旋转切割模块和双目相机模块;机械臂组件安装在无人机主体的下方,通过机械臂固定平台进行连接;回旋定位模块包括:伺服电机、行星减速机和联轴器;控制主板包括:控制模块、定位模块、路径规划模块、通信模块和深度学习模块。与现有技术相比,本发明采用视觉技术实现对遗漏玉米雄穗的精准识别和定位,同时机械臂装置结构简单、工作空间大,提高了容错率和稳定性,能够精准的去除雄穗,提高制种玉米去雄效率进而提高种子质量。
