The invention discloses a parking lot management efficiency evaluation method based on parking frequency, and the method comprises the steps: collecting vehicle access time, license plate number, parking space number, vehicle type and parking lot real-time occupancy rate data through sensors, cameras and intelligent barrier gate systems which are disposed at an entrance, an exit and parking spaces of a parking lot; performing data preprocessing on the acquired data to form a standardized data set; key indexes are extracted from the data set; based on the historical data and the external influence factors, establishing a parking demand prediction model by adopting a time sequence analysis method, and predicting the parking demand in a specified time period in the future; based on the extracted key indexes, corresponding weight factors are set, a management efficiency evaluation model is constructed, and a parking lot management efficiency score is calculated; comparing the calculated efficiency score with historical data to generate an evaluation report; and according to the predicted parking demand and the evaluation report, implementing a dynamic pricing model, and optimizing the utilization rate of the parking lot.
