本发明提供了一种基于实时车速的隧道安全提示系统及方法,属于行车安全引导技术领域,包括设置在隧道入口外的车速信息提示屏,设置在隧道入口外检测支架上的第一组车辆速度检测设备,分区设置在隧道入口外至隧道入口之间道路两侧的车辆感应器,分别设置在隧道内外若干个位置的第二组车速检测设备,设置在隧道外墙体上的变道声光警示器,设置在隧道入口墙体上的第二车辆信息处理器,设置在隧道入口墙体上的第一车辆信息处理器;本发明能够给未及时变道的车辆进行声光引导,通过对进入隧道的车辆提前进行最佳的车速提示,可以使车辆间的速度差减小,同时减小进入隧道时黑洞效应带来的驾驶影响,有效避免交通事故的产生。
