The invention relates to a real-time traffic operation safety evaluation method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring vehicle track data, and generating a vehicle position time sequence for each vehicle in an observation range; determining the speed and direction of each vehicle at the current moment t based on the vehicle position time sequence; assuming that each vehicle continues to run for a time length T at the speed and direction of the moment t, and if the running tracks of any two vehicles in the time length T are overlapped, determining that the two vehicles conflict with each other; calculating the model of the speed vector difference of any two vehicles generating the conflict at the t moment, and obtaining the conflict between the two vehicles; and adding all conflicts faced by any vehicle i at the t moment in the observation range to obtain an operation safety state value of the vehicle i at the t moment. According to the method, conflicts between vehicles are innovatively defined and quantified, and the traffic operation safety condition can be accurately evaluated in real time based on the real operation state of the vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种实时的交通运行安全评价方法,包括:采集车辆轨迹数据,针对观测范围内的每个车辆生成车辆位置时间序列;基于车辆位置时间序列,确定每个车辆在当前时刻t的速度和方向;假定每个车辆都保持时刻t的速度和方向继续行驶时间长度T,如果任意两个车辆在时间长度T内的行驶轨迹发生重叠,则确定这两个车辆之间存在冲突;计算产生冲突的任意两个车辆在t时刻的速度向量差的模,得到这两个车辆之间冲突的大小;将观测范围内任意车辆i在t时刻所面临的所有冲突相加,得到车辆i在t时刻的运行安全状态值。本发明开创性地定义并量化了车辆之间的冲突,本发明方法能够基于车辆真实运行状态对交通运行安全状况实现实时、精准的评价。
