The invention provides an RNN-A-ECMS diesel-electric hybrid power ship energy control method considering battery life attenuation. The method comprises the steps that a diesel-electric hybrid power ship model is established; an optimized energy management strategy based on a PMP algorithm, wherein the optimized energy management strategy comprises a PMP energy management strategy considering optimization of battery life attenuation; a self-adaptive multi-target energy management strategy based on an RNN recurrent neural network comprises an online energy management strategy combining the RNN recurrent neural network and an A-ECMS self-adaptive equivalent fuel consumption minimum energy management strategy, training of a prediction model RNN recurrent neural network of a battery charge condition SOC reference trajectory, and optimization of control parameters by combining a PSO algorithm and a PMP algorithm. According to the method, the hamiltonian function is improved by establishing the battery semi-empirical life loss model, adding the penalty factor related to the battery life in the PMP energy management strategy and fully considering the influence of the battery output current rate on the battery life loss, so that the multi-objective optimization of the battery life attenuation and the fuel consumption of the diesel engine set is realized.

    本发明提出了一种考虑电池寿命衰减的RNN‑A‑ECMS柴电混合动力船舶能量控制方法,包括:建立柴电混合动力船舶模型;基于PMP算法的优化能量管理策略,包括考虑优化电池寿命衰减的PMP能量管理策略;基于RNN循环神经网络的自适应多目标能量管理策略,包括RNN循环神经网络与A‑ECMS自适应等效燃油消耗最小能量管理策略相结合的在线能量管理策略、电池荷电情况SOC参考轨迹的预测模型RNN循环神经网络的训练、PSO算法与PMP算法相结合优化控制参数。本发明通过建立电池半经验寿命损耗模型,在PMP能量管理策略中加入与电池寿命相关的惩罚因子,充分考虑考虑电池输出电流倍率对电池寿命损耗的影响,从而改进哈密顿函数,实现对电池寿命衰减和柴油机组的油耗量多目标优化。
