The invention discloses a vehicle speed prediction method and system in a dynamic vehicle following scene considering a traffic environment, and the method comprises the steps: extracting vehicle following case data through setting a standard and a threshold value of a vehicle following process in a natural driving data set; using a target detection algorithm to obtain traffic environment characteristics related to the vehicle following case data, extracting vehicle dynamics parameters in the vehicle following case data, fusing the vehicle dynamics parameters and the traffic environment characteristics, and performing normalization processing to obtain fusion characteristics; removing redundant variables in the fused features by adopting a combined feature selection method; and dividing the fusion features from which the redundant variables are removed into a data set, training a pre-established Informer-FDR vehicle speed prediction model, and obtaining a vehicle speed prediction result by using the trained vehicle speed prediction model. The method effectively reflects the dynamic interaction characteristics of the driver and the traffic environment and potential traffic conflicts, enhances the understanding of the model for the complex driving environment, and improves the real-time performance and accuracy of vehicle speed prediction.

    一种考虑交通环境动态跟车场景下的车速预测方法及系统,方法包括通过在自然驾驶数据集中设置跟车流程的标准和阈值,提取出跟车案例数据;使用目标检测算法获取跟车案例数据相关交通环境特征,并提取跟车案例数据中的车辆动力学参数,将车辆动力学参数与交通环境特征进行融合,归一化处理之后得到融合特征;采用组合特征选择方法去除融合特征中的冗余变量;将去除冗余变量之后的融合特征划分数据集,训练预先建立的Informer‑FDR车速预测模型,利用训练后的车速预测模型获取车速预测结果。本发明有效反映了驾驶员与交通环境的动态交互特征和潜在的交通冲突,增强了模型对复杂驾驶环境的理解,提升了车速预测的实时性和准确性。
