The invention discloses a linear motor shock absorber, belongs to the field of vehicle shock absorbers, and aims at improving the shock absorption performance adjusting capacity. Comprising an upper connecting structure, a spring, an oil storage barrel, a working cylinder and a piston rod, the bottom end of the working cylinder is connected with a compression valve, the working cylinder and the compression valve are arranged in the oil storage barrel, a sliding pair is formed between the piston in the working cylinder and the working cylinder in the axial direction of the working cylinder, the top end of the piston rod is connected to the upper connecting structure, and the bottom end is inserted into the working cylinder and connected to the piston; the spring is telescopically arranged in the vertical direction and is connected between the upper connecting structure and the oil storage barrel; the device is characterized in that the outer wall of the oil storage cylinder is connected with a permanent magnet; the periphery of the oil storage cylinder is sleeved with a motor shell, and a motor coil is arranged on the inner wall of the motor shell; and the motor shell is movably matched with the motor shell along the vertical direction. According to the novel linear motor shock absorber, the linear motor is integrated on a traditional shock absorber, the brand-new linear motor shock absorber is formed, the driving stability and comfort can be improved, and the linear motor shock absorber can achieve rapid and accurate control over a vehicle suspension system.

    本发明直线电机减振器,属于车辆减振器领域,目的是提高减振性能调节能力。包括上连接结构、弹簧、贮油筒、工作缸和活塞杆,工作缸底端连接压缩阀,工作缸和压缩阀设置于贮油筒内,且工作缸内的活塞沿工作缸轴向与工作缸之间形成滑动副,活塞杆顶端连接于上连接结构,底端插入工作缸连接于活塞;弹簧沿竖向伸缩设置并连接于上连接结构与贮油筒之间;其特征在于:在贮油筒的外壁连接有永磁铁;在贮油筒外周套装有电机外壳,电机外壳的内壁设置有电机线圈;电机外壳沿竖向与电机外壳活动配合。通过传统减振器上集成直线电机,构成了一种全新的直线电机减振器,利于提高行驶稳定性和舒适性,直线电机减振器能够实现对车辆悬架系统的快速精确控制。
