The invention relates to a vertical shaft duct piece lifting and placing device and a vertical shaft construction method. The device comprises a base, a steel strand set and a winding motor. A rotatable first lifting and placing plate is mounted on the base, and a first telescopic rod is further arranged between the first lifting and placing plate and the base; a rotatable second lifting and placing plate is mounted at the other end of the first lifting and placing plate, a second telescopic rod is arranged between the upper end of the second lifting and placing plate and the first lifting and placing plate, and the lower end face of the second lifting and placing plate is an arc-shaped face; the winding motor is connected with a first winding wheel, one end of the steel strand set is connected to the first winding wheel, and the other end of the steel strand set sequentially penetrates through the base and the first lifting and placing plate and then penetrates out of the middle of the second lifting and placing plate. A limiting buckle capable of clamping the steel strand set is further arranged in the base. During construction, inclination information of the duct pieces is collected, then the steel strand sets are clamped through the limiting buckles, lifting and placing of the duct pieces are completed through rotation of the first lifting and placing plate and the second lifting and placing plate, and the transition process of lifting and placing of the duct pieces can be better achieved.

    本发明涉及一种竖井管片提放装置及竖井施工方法,装置包括底座、钢绞线组、缠绕电机;底座上安装有可旋转的第一提放板,第一提放板和底座之间还设有第一伸缩杆;第一提放板的另一端安装有可旋转的第二提放板,第二提放板的上端与第一提放板之间设有第二伸缩杆,第二提放板的下端面为弧形面;缠绕电机连接有第一缠绕轮,钢绞线组的一端连接在第一缠绕轮上,钢绞线组的另一端依次穿过底座、第一提放板后从第二提放板的中部穿出;底座内还设有能够卡紧钢绞线组的限位卡扣。施工时通过收集管片倾斜信息,进而通过限位卡扣卡紧钢绞线组,利用第一提放板和第二提放板的旋转完成管片的提放,能更好地实现管片提升与下放的过渡过程。
