The multifunctional control hydraulic module is characterized in that a two-way cartridge valve is connected between a cavity A and a cavity B of a winch motor, the side pressure of the cavity B of the winch motor acts on a bottom cavity of the two-way cartridge valve and enters a spring cavity through a throttling hole of the two-way cartridge valve; the spring cavity is connected with an oil return tank through an electromagnetic valve I via an overflow valve and is connected with the oil return tank through an electromagnetic valve II via a proportional overflow valve to form a multifunctional control hydraulic module which is used for a winch motor to realize a non-constant tension working condition or a constant tension working condition. By adding or modifying the multifunctional control hydraulic module, an adjustable constant tension control function of a large-flow system required when the heavy manned submersible is hoisted and released is realized, a constant tension system protection mechanism is solved, accidental activation of constant tension or low tension caused by factors such as system pollution and power loss of control power is avoided, and the service life of the heavy manned submersible is prolonged. The submersible falls accidentally; and the hydraulic motor is prevented from being damaged due to long-time oil shortage work under constant tension and emergency release working conditions.
本发明涉及一种用于载人潜水器吊放的多功能控制液压模块,绞车马达的A腔和B腔之间连接有二通插装阀,绞车马达的B腔侧压力作用于二通插装阀的底腔,并通过二通插装阀的节流孔进入弹簧腔,弹簧腔通过电磁阀一经溢流阀连接回油箱以及通过电磁阀二经比例溢流阀连接回油箱构成多功能控制液压模块,用于绞车马达实现非恒张力工况或恒张力工况。本发明通过多功能控制液压模块的加装或者改装,实现了重型载人潜水器吊放时所需的大流量系统可调恒张力控制功能,解决了恒张力系统保护机制,避免因系统污染、控制电失电等因素引起恒张力或者低张力意外激活,导致潜水器意外下落;避免恒张力及应急释放工况下液压马达长时间缺油工作而损坏。
