The invention discloses a method for laying a construction hoist channel at a local floating plate-free position of a super high-rise, and relates to the technical field of civil engineering, the method comprises the following steps: preparing an M20 bolt, an overhanging No.18 I-shaped steel, a square tube, an M14 bolt, an 18mm template, a construction hoist temporary floor door, an M12 screw rod, a double-thread screw rod, a steel plate, a welding rod and a steel nail for laying the construction hoist channel; the channel is overhung through turn buckles, two round holes are formed in a beam side formwork at the position of each piece of I-shaped steel through an electric drill, an embedded part is temporarily fixed on the outer side of the beam through a matched special M12 screw, and the embedded part is prevented from deviating in the pouring process. The building hoist door is fixed on the square tube through bolts, all materials can be obtained locally, manufacturing and mounting are convenient, turnover use can be achieved, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the material and labor cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于超高层局部无飘板处施工升降机通道铺设方法,涉及土木工程技术领域,包括,准备施工升降机通道铺设用的M20螺栓、悬挑18号工字钢、方通、M14螺栓、18mm模板、施工升降机临时楼层门、M12螺杆、双头螺杆、钢板、焊条、钢钉;该通道采用花篮螺栓悬挑,用电钻在每根工字钢位置的梁侧模板上开两个圆孔,将预埋件利用配套专用的M12螺杆在梁外侧临时固定,防止浇筑过程中预埋件偏位,本发明采用悬挑工字钢利用螺栓固定在结构梁上,工字钢上设置方通和模板,施工升降机门采用螺栓固定在方通上,所有材料可就地取材,制作安装方便,可周转使用,有效加快施工工效,节省材料人工成本。
