The invention discloses an elevator control system and method based on an intelligent building, relates to the technical field of elevator control, and solves the problems that people with low priorities may wait for a long time or cannot wait for an elevator because only user priorities are considered to distribute elevators; the number of people waiting for the elevator and the distance between the elevator request floor and the current floor where the elevator is located are not considered, so that the waiting time of some users is long, and the user experience feeling is poor. When the elevator is in a running state, generating an emergency degree coefficient and a distance coefficient according to elevator waiting data, elevator running data and elevator request floor data, and generating a basic priority coefficient according to the emergency degree coefficient and the distance coefficient; generating a final priority coefficient according to the elevator request floor data and the basic priority coefficient; the elevator is dispatched according to the final priority coefficient, the number of waiting personnel, the identity of the waiting personnel and the emergency state of the elevator are considered in the elevator stopping influence factors, the situation that the elevator cannot appear is solved through the final priority coefficient, and the experience feeling of a user is improved.

    本申请公开了一种基于智能楼宇的电梯控制系统及方法,涉及电梯控制技术领域,解决了仅考虑用户优先级分配电梯,可能导致优先级低的人长时间等待或等不到电梯;未考虑等候电梯的人数和电梯请求楼层与当前电梯所在楼层之间的距离,使得一些用户等待时间长,导致用户体验感不佳的技术问题;当电梯处于运行状态时:根据电梯等候数据、电梯运行数据和电梯请求楼层数据生成紧急程度系数和距离系数,并以此生成基本优先系数;根据电梯请求楼层数据和基本优先系数生成最终优先系数;根据最终优先系数进行电梯调度,将电梯等候人员数、等候人员身份和焦急状态考虑在电梯停靠影响因素内,通过最终优先系数解决等不到电梯出现的情况,提升了用户的体验感。
