An installation method of a manual hydraulic adjustable chain controller for a ship comprises the steps that the chain controller is hoisted to the ship, the bottom of the chain controller is welded and fixed to the ship, an anchor chain storage cabin is arranged in the ship till an anchor is retracted and released to an anchor mouth of a ship shell and is fixed, the fit degree of the anchor and the anchor mouth is checked, and an oil drain valve of a manual pump of the hydraulic chain controller is opened; closing an anchor chain fixing knife switch of the chain controller, checking the position of a fixing anchor chain after the knife switch falls down, checking whether the anchor chain can fall into a clamping groove of the fixing knife switch or not, adjusting the front-back position of the chain controller on site, cutting a heightened base at the bottom of the chain controller, and matching the height and the inclination angle of the chain controller; and the anchor chain ring in front of the knife switch can fall into the clamping groove of the knife switch of the chain controller and is clamped and fixed by the knife switch, so that the installation of the anchor chain and the chain controller is completed. The installation difficulty and the position deviation in the installation process are reduced; a series of technical problems of equipment inspection, installation, inspection and the like of the novel chain controller are solved.

    一种船用手动液压可调式掣链器的安装方法,吊运掣链器至船上,将掣链器底部焊接固定在船上,锚链存放舱内直到收放锚到船舶外壳锚唇上固定不动,检查锚与锚唇的切合程度,打开液压掣链器手动泵的放油阀,使液压缸活塞杆回到液压缸体内,关闭掣链器的锚链固定闸刀,检查闸刀落下后固定锚链的位置,检查锚链是否能落在固定闸刀的卡槽内,通过在现场调整掣链器的前后位置、切割掣链器底部的加高底座,研配掣链器的高度、倾斜角度,使闸刀前方的锚链环能落入掣链器闸刀卡槽内被闸刀卡住固定,从而完成锚链和掣链器的安装。本发明降低安装难度和安装过程的位置偏差;解决新式掣链器从设备检验、安装及检验等一系列技术难点问题。
