The invention relates to the field of ship guide ropes, and particularly discloses a ship guide rope structure. By arranging the rotating return assemblies, the telescopic cylinders, the mounting blocks, the rotating shafts, the hinge rods, the telescopic sliding rods and the external expansion plates, a guide rope penetrates through the center of an annular hole formed by the mounting blocks, and during action, no matter the guide rope turns towards any direction, the guide rope can be attached to the rotating shafts of the mounting blocks corresponding to one or more sets of telescopic cylinders, so that the guide rope is more stable. Sliding friction force borne by the guide rope is converted into rolling friction force through the rotating shaft, friction damage to the guide rope in the long-time using process is effectively reduced, when stress of the guide rope is increased or the direction change is large, the guide rope downwards presses the telescopic cylinder through the rotating shaft and the mounting block, and the telescopic cylinder retracts to drive the hinge rod to rotate; the rotating hinge rod outwards pushes the telescopic sliding rod, the telescopic sliding rod outwards pushes the external expansion plate, at the moment, the distance between the external expansion plate and the rotating shaft is increased, the turning angle of the guide rope is increased, and then abrasion to the guide rope during steering is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶导索领域,具体公开了一种船舶导索结构;本发明通过设置转动回位组件、伸缩筒、安装块、转轴、铰接杆、伸缩滑杆和外扩板,导索穿过安装块形成的环形孔中心,在作用时候,无论导索向任意一个方向转向,导索都会贴合在其中一组或者多组伸缩筒对应的安装块的转轴上,通过转轴将导索受到的滑动摩擦力转变成滚动摩擦力,有效减少导索在长时间使用过程中受到的摩擦损伤,当导索受力增加或者方向变动较大时,导索通过转轴和安装块下压伸缩筒,伸缩筒回缩时带动铰接杆转动,转动的铰接杆向外推动伸缩滑杆,伸缩滑杆向外推动外扩板,此时外扩板与转轴之间的距离变大,增加了导索的转弯角度,进而有效降低导索转向受到的磨损。
