The invention relates to a light-weight floor structure made of mixed materials and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of automobile body structures, the light-weight floor structure made of the mixed materials comprises a side floor, the side floor comprises a supporting plate and a longitudinal beam which are made of ultrahigh-strength steel plates, and the supporting plate is connected with the side edge of the longitudinal beam through tailored blank laser welding; the supporting plate and the longitudinal beam are integrally formed after being stamped, and the thickness of the supporting plate is smaller than that of the inner wall of the longitudinal beam; the middle floor is formed by integrally punching an aluminum alloy plate, the cross section of the middle floor is in an n shape, side floors are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the middle floor, and the longitudinal beams on the side floors on the two sides are arranged close to each other and fixedly connected with the two side edges of the middle floor respectively. According to the lightweight floor structure, the strength and rigidity of the floor structure are guaranteed, meanwhile, the lightweight degree of the floor structure is improved, the number of parts of the floor structure is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    本申请涉及一种混合材料的轻量化地板结构及车辆,属于汽车车身结构技术领域,该混合材料的轻量化地板结构包括边侧地板,其包括采用超高强度钢板制作的支撑板和纵梁,所述支撑板与所述纵梁的侧边通过激光拼焊连接,以使支撑板和纵梁冲压完成后一体成型,且所述支撑板的厚度小于所述纵梁的内壁厚度;中部地板,其采用铝合金板一体冲压成型且横截面为几字型,所述中部地板的两侧对称分布有边侧地板,两侧所述边侧地板上的纵梁相互靠近设置并分别与所述中部地板两侧边固定连接。本申请的轻量化地板结构,既保证了地板结构的强度和刚度,同时提高了地板结构的轻量化程度,还减少了地板结构的零件个数,提升了装配效率。
