The invention provides a load rail car for a plate load experiment, which comprises a group of steel rails, a car body and a load unit, the car body comprises a carrier plate and rail wheels, the rail wheels are clamped between upper blocking eaves and a bottom plate of the steel rails, and the car body moves along the steel rails through the rail wheels; an anchor rod fixing device is installed on the carrying plate and comprises a rod inserting device and a rod hammering device, an anchor rod can slide into the nail placing box along an anchor rod hanging groove, the rod hammering device comprises a hammer rod guide frame, power hammers are installed at the two ends of the transverse rod, the anchor rod is nailed into soil through the power hammers, and fixing of a steel rail is completed. According to the load rail car for the flat plate load test, a complex fixing frame does not need to be additionally built to provide counter-acting force, the load rail car is automatically fixed to the ground through the anchor rods, the site arrangement process is simplified, and time and manpower are saved; through the automatic process, such as automatic hanging, inserting, hammering and dismounting of the anchor rod, the construction efficiency is remarkably improved, and the whole test period is shortened.

    本发明提供一种平板载荷实验用载荷轨道车,包括一组钢轨、车体和载荷单元,车体包括载板和轨道轮,轨道轮卡套在钢轨的上挡檐和底板之间,车体通过轨道轮沿钢轨移动;所述载板上安装有锚杆固定装置,所述锚杆固定装置包括插杆装置和锤杆装置,锚杆能够沿锚杆挂槽滑动到放钉匣中,所述锤杆装置包括锤杆导向架,在横杆的两端安装动力锤,通过动力锤将锚杆钉在土中,完成钢轨的固定。本发明提供的平板载荷试验用载荷轨道车,其无需额外搭建复杂的固定框架来提供反作用力,通过锚杆自动固定于地面,简化了场地布置过程,节省了时间和人力;本发明通过自动化流程,如锚杆的自动挂装、插入、捶打以及拆卸,显著提高了施工效率,缩短了整个试验周期。
