The invention discloses a vehicle control method, device and equipment based on the driver state and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the vehicle control method based on the driver state comprises the steps that the target driver state is determined according to the driver eye state and the driver behavior state; and when the target driver state is the target dangerous driving state, performing safe parking control of the vehicle according to current vehicle associated data. Whether the safe parking action is carried out or not is judged according to the eye state and behavior ability of the driver, safe parking is guaranteed under the condition that the driver does not have the ability to take over the vehicle (unconsciously), and the problem that accidents happen under the condition that the driver does not have the ability to take over the vehicle is solved.

    本申请公开了一种基于驾驶员状态的车辆控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及车辆技术领域,所述基于驾驶员状态的车辆控制方法包括:根据驾驶员眼部状态和驾驶员行为状态确定目标驾驶员状态;在所述目标驾驶员状态为目标危险驾驶状态时,根据当前车辆关联数据进行车辆的安全停车控制。通过对驾驶员的眼部状态、行为能力进行判断是否进行安全停车动作,以及当驾驶员在无能力(无意识)接管车辆的情况下,保证安全停车,解决因驾驶员无能力接管车辆的情况下,发生意外事故问题。
