The invention provides a power battery safety monitoring method. The method comprises the steps that a control module receives the state, sent by a first sensor, of an anti-explosion valve and the state value, sent by a second sensor, of gas in a battery pack; the control module compares the state value of the gas in the battery pack with a preset gas state threshold value; and in response to the received state of the explosion-proof valve and the comparison result of the state value of the gas in the battery pack and the gas state threshold value, the control module sends a corresponding alarm signal to the BMS. The method has the advantages that the first sensor and the second sensor are combined for simultaneous detection, the missing detection risk generated when a single sensor is adopted can be prevented, frequent occurrence of false alarms can be prevented, the reliability of the detection result is high, the safety state of the power battery can be comprehensively, stably and reliably monitored, and the safety of the power battery is effectively improved. And faults such as blockage, corrosion and damage of the anti-explosion valve can be recognized, a user is reminded, risk prevention and control are enhanced, and the use safety of the vehicle is improved.
本发明提供了一种动力电池安全监测方法,包括:控制模块接收第一传感器发送的防爆阀的状态和第二传感器发送的电池包内气体的状态值;控制模块将电池包内气体的状态值与预设的气体状态阈值进行比较;响应于接收到的防爆阀的状态和电池包内气体的状态值与气体状态阈值的比较结果,控制模块向BMS发送相应报警信号。本发明的优点是结合第一传感器和第二传感器同时进行检测,能够防止采用单一传感器时产生漏检风险,并能够防止误报频繁发生,检测结果的可靠性高,能够对动力电池的安全状态进行全面、稳定、可靠的监测,有效提高动力电池的安全性。还能够识别防爆阀堵塞、锈蚀、损坏等故障,并对用户进行提醒,加强风险防控,提高车辆使用安全性。
