The invention discloses an ammonia hydrogen power generation system suitable for a cold chain electric vehicle. The ammonia hydrogen power generation system comprises a liquid ammonia tank, a buffer tank, a temperature control mechanism, an ammonia decomposition device, a plurality of air coolers, a water cooling mechanism, an expansion machine, a power generation mechanism and a power storage mechanism. The liquid ammonia tank is connected with the buffer tank; the temperature control mechanism comprises at least one evaporator and a heat exchanger which are separately arranged; the buffer tank communicates with the evaporator and the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is simultaneously connected with an ammonia gas inlet of the ammonia decomposition device and the expansion machine; the water cooling mechanism comprises a water cooler and a water tank which are communicated with each other; the ammonia decomposition device is sequentially communicated with the air cooler, the water cooler and the power generation mechanism; the water tank is respectively communicated with the heat exchanger and the other air cooler; the expansion machine communicates with the evaporator and the buffer tank in series; and the expansion machine is also coaxially connected with the electricity storage mechanism. According to the ammonia decomposition system suitable for the cold-chain electric vehicle, cold and heat balance in the system is achieved, it is guaranteed that all parts can operate stably, the overall operation life of the system is prolonged, and the efficiency of the system is improved.

    本申请公开了一种适用于冷链电动汽车的氨氢发电系统,包括液氨罐、缓冲罐、温度控制机构、氨分解装置、多个风冷器、水冷机构、膨胀机、发电机构和储电机构;液氨罐与缓冲罐相连,温度控制机构包括分开设置的至少一个蒸发器和换热器;缓冲罐分别与蒸发器和换热器连通;换热器同时与氨分解装置的氨气入口和膨胀机相连;水冷机构包括互相连通的水冷器和水箱;氨分解装置依次与风冷器、水冷器和发电机构连通;水箱分别与换热器和另外一个风冷器互相连通;膨胀机与蒸发器以及缓冲罐串联连通;膨胀机还与储电机构同轴连接。该适用于冷链电动汽车的氨分解系统实现了系统内部的冷热平衡,保障各部件能够稳定运行,提高了系统的整体运行寿命和效率。
