The invention relates to an unlocking method, an unlocking system, equipment, a medium and a program product. The method comprises the steps that firstly, battery parameters of a battery in a vehicle are obtained, the state of the battery is determined according to the battery parameters, then judgment is conducted, if the state of the battery is an abnormal state, a target unlocking control mechanism is determined according to the type of the state of the battery, and finally the vehicle is controlled to be unlocked through the target unlocking control mechanism. By means of the method, the vehicle door can be unlocked automatically under the condition that the battery is abnormal, manual opening is not needed, and the safety of the electric vehicle is improved.
