The invention discloses a system and a method for measuring the weight center of gravity of an unmanned helicopter, belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and is used for solving the problems of low measurement precision and limited measurement scene of the system for measuring the weight center of gravity of the unmanned helicopter. The measuring system comprises a weight measuring unit, a horizontal measuring unit, a lifting unit and a distance measuring unit. The weight measuring unit comprises four weight measuring assemblies; the horizontal measuring unit comprises a first bevel protractor and a second bevel protractor, the first bevel protractor and the second bevel protractor are located on a main shaft of the unmanned helicopter, the distance measuring unit comprises a horizontal laser instrument and a laser centering tool, the laser centering tool is fixed on the main shaft of the unmanned helicopter, and the laser centering tool comprises an inclined laser centering line. The center line of the laser pair and the center line of the spindle are coplanar. According to the measuring system and the measuring method, the position of the weight gravity center of the unmanned helicopter measured by a four-point weighing method in the horizontal direction can be improved, and testing of different helicopter types and different sites can be met.

    本发明公开了一种无人直升机重量重心的测量系统及测量方法,属于无人机技术领域,用于解决无人直升机重量重心测量系统测量精度低,测量场景受限的问题。本发明的测量系统包括重量测量单元、水平测量单元、升降单元和距离测量单元;重量测量单元包括四个重量测量组件;水平测量单元包括第一角度尺和第二角度尺,第一角度尺和第二角度尺位于无人机主轴上,距离测量单元包括水平激光仪和激光对中工装,激光对中工装固定在无人直升机的主轴上,激光对中工装包括倾斜的激光对中线,激光对中线与主轴的中心线共面。本发明的测量系统和测量方法,能够提高四点称重法测量无人直升机的重量重心在水平方向的位置,还能够满足不同机型和不同场地的测试。
