The invention discloses an automobile steering pull rod structure which comprises a ball seat and a ball head cover installed on the ball seat, a ball head is arranged in the ball seat and the ball head cover, a plurality of first rolling grooves are formed in the ball seat, first balls are placed on the first rolling grooves, an oil cavity used for containing lubricating oil is formed in the ball seat, and the first rolling grooves are communicated with the oil cavity. An oil outlet hole is formed between the oil cavity and the first rolling groove, and an oil injection piece is installed in the oil outlet hole. The ball head is in rolling contact with the ball seat through the ball I, so that friction and abrasion between the ball head and the ball seat are greatly reduced, and the use stability and safety of the steering pull rod are improved; when the ball head rotates in the ball seat, the first ball is driven to slide in the first rolling groove, meanwhile, an oil injection piece is arranged on the ball seat, the first ball abuts against the oil injection piece in the process of rolling along the first rolling groove, and part of lubricating oil in an oil cavity is extruded to the first ball through the oil injection piece, so that the lubricity among the ball seat, the first ball and the ball head is improved; the service life of the steering pull rod is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种汽车转向拉杆结构,包括球座和安装于球座上的球头盖,所述球座与球头盖内设有球头,所述球座内开设多个滚槽一,所述滚槽一上放置滚珠一,所述球座内开设有用于容纳润滑油的油腔,所述油腔与滚槽一之间开设有出油孔,所述出油孔内安装有注油件。球头通过滚珠一与球座进行滚动接触,极大的减小了球头与球座之间的摩擦、磨损,提高了转向拉杆使用的稳定性和安全性;球头在球座内转动时带动滚珠一在滚槽一内滑动,同时在球座上设置注油件,滚珠一在沿滚槽一滚动的过程中抵压注油件,通过注油件将油腔内的部分润滑油挤出到滚珠一上,以增加球座、滚珠一、球头之间的润滑性,提高转向拉杆的使用寿命。
