    本发明涉及一种钢桁梁主梁顶推装置及其施工方法,属于桥梁施工技术领域,包括移动机构、调节机构、角度机构、设置在河道边的第一支墩以及设置在河道另一边的第二支墩,若干移动机构安装在第一支墩和第二支墩;移动机构从底部与钢桁梁抵接并将钢桁梁从第一支墩跨河道顶推至第二支墩;调节机构设置在对称设置的主力支墩之间且与移动机构连接,调节机构随移动机构的高度变化并调节支撑钢桁梁悬臂段的支撑力;角度机构设置在调节机构上,用于检测钢桁梁的弯矩,调节机构在钢桁梁的底部转动并且转动方向与出现弯矩的方向相反,有效解决了长距离顶推过程中钢桁梁易出现的弯矩及顶推点受力不均的问题,提高了施工效率与安全性。
