The invention relates to a hoisting device for a section steel structure column of an assembly type transformer substation, which is characterized by comprising clamping jaw plates, a hinge shaft, an angle adjusting screw rod, a middle supporting rod and a lower supporting rod, and the front end and the rear end of the hinge shaft are respectively provided with two clamping jaw plates which are hinged left and right; a middle supporting rod and a lower supporting rod are connected to the middle and the lower portion between the two clamping jaw plates which are opposite in the front-back direction respectively, inner threaded holes with opposite threads are formed in the middle of the two middle supporting rods, angle adjusting screw rods are installed in the inner threaded holes in a penetrating mode, and adjusting handles are installed at the ends of the angle adjusting screw rods. The angle adjusting screw rod is driven to rotate through the adjusting handle, and then angle adjustment of the clamping jaw plates hinged to each other in the left-right direction is achieved. The hoisting device for the steel structural column of the fabricated transformer substation can be quickly mounted and dismounted, and the working efficiency is remarkably improved.
本发明涉及一种装配式变电站型钢结构柱的吊装装置,其特征在于:包括夹爪板、铰装轴、角度调节螺杆、中部撑杆及下部撑杆,在所述铰装轴的前后两端均安装有两片左右铰装的夹爪板,在前后相对的两夹爪板之间中部及下部分别连接有中部撑杆及下部撑杆,在两中部撑杆的中部均设置有螺纹相反的内螺纹孔,在内螺纹孔内穿装有角度调节螺杆,在角度调节螺杆的端部安装有调节手柄,通过调节手柄驱动角度调节螺杆旋转,进而实现左右方向上相铰装的夹爪板的角度调节。本装配式变电站型钢结构柱的吊装装置可快速安装、拆卸,显著提高工作效率。
