According to the full-automatic bagged material bag breaking and feeding system, AGV forklift carrying, multi-axis mechanical arm grabbing, rotary cutting piece bag breaking and fan dust removal are achieved, the AGV forklift is adopted for carrying in a reciprocating mode, the multi-axis mechanical arm is adopted for grabbing and forking material bags, then the rotary cutting piece is adopted for scratching the packaging bags, the materials fall into the hopper under the action of gravity, and raised dust is collected and captured by the dust removal fan. The unloading bin and the dustproof curtain form an approximately sealed space, the fan on the top works to enable the space to form negative pressure, no dust overflows in the bag breaking and feeding process, and the environment is not affected; the bag breaking and feeding process is completed by the system, personnel operate and monitor equipment operation through the control system, the labor intensity is low, and the overall operation automation degree and high efficiency are high; the participation of the AGV forklift and the multi-shaft mechanical arm completely liberates people from physical labor; according to the whole operation process, automation is achieved in the whole process from the material bag stacking area to feeding of each material bag into the discharging bin, and a safe and efficient unmanned operation mode can be achieved after the operation area is closed.

    本发明提供一种AGV叉车搬运、多轴机械臂抓取、旋转切割片破袋和风机除尘的全自动袋装物料破袋投料系统,采用AGV叉车往复搬运,多轴机械臂抓取、叉起料包,再通过旋转切割片划破包装袋,物料受重力落入料斗,扬尘受除尘风机收集捕获。卸料仓和防尘帘形成近似密封的空间,顶部的风机工作使这个空间形成负压,破袋投料过程中没有粉尘外溢,环境不受影响;破袋投料过程由系统完成,人员通过控制系统操作监控设备运行,劳动强度低,整体作业自动化程度高效率高;AGV叉车和多轴机械臂的参与将人从体力劳动中彻底解放出来;整个作业流程从料包堆垛堆放区到每一袋料包进卸料仓投料全程实现自动化,作业区域封闭后可实现安全高效的无人运行模式。
