The invention provides an expandable heat radiator based on a satellite-borne large-scale phased-array antenna, which comprises a capillary pump, a loop heat pipe, a rotating mechanism, a radiant panel and a locking and releasing device, and is characterized in that the capillary pump is mounted on the satellite-borne phased-array antenna and is in heat conduction connection with the radiant panel through the loop heat pipe; the radiant panel is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the spacecraft through a rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is used for driving the radiant panel to be unfolded outwards or folded inwards relative to the side wall of the spacecraft; the locking and releasing device is installed on the radiant panel and used for locking the radiant panel before a satellite enters an orbit and releasing the locking state of the radiant panel after the satellite enters the orbit. Wherein the locking state of the radiant panel is that the radiant panel is folded inwards and attached to the outer surface of the side wall of the spacecraft. Therefore, the problem of heat dissipation of the large-scale high-heat-consumption phased-array antenna can be effectively solved.

    本发明提供了一种基于星载大规模相控阵天线的可展开式热辐射器,包括有毛细泵、环路热管、转动机构、辐射板以及锁紧释放装置,所述毛细泵安装于星载相控阵天线上并通过环路热管与辐射板热传导连接,辐射板通过转动机构可转动式安装于航天器侧壁上,且所述转动机构用于带动辐射板相对于航天器侧壁向外展开或向内收拢;锁紧释放装置安装于辐射板上,以用于在卫星入轨前锁紧所述辐射板,以及在卫星入轨后释放对所述辐射板的锁紧状态;其中,辐射板的锁紧状态为所述辐射板向内收拢并贴合在航天器侧壁的外表面。如此,本发明能够有效解决大规模高热耗相控阵天线散热的问题。
