The invention relates to a thin film storage siphon tank type conveying system which comprises a thin film tank, a temperature and pressure control mechanism and a siphon liquid conveying mechanism. The liquid ammonia input end of the temperature and pressure control mechanism is used for receiving pressurized normal-temperature liquid ammonia, the temperature and pressure control mechanism is used for decompressing and cooling the pressurized normal-temperature liquid ammonia to generate decompressed and cooled liquid ammonia, and the liquid ammonia output end of the temperature and pressure control mechanism is connected with the liquid ammonia input end of the film tank, so that the film tank receives the decompressed and cooled liquid ammonia; the liquid ammonia input end of the siphon infusion mechanism is connected with the liquid ammonia output end of the thin film tank, and the siphon infusion mechanism is used for generating negative pressure so as to suck the reduced-pressure and cooled liquid ammonia into the siphon infusion mechanism through the liquid ammonia output end of the thin film tank. Through the temperature and pressure control mechanism, the requirement of a traditional high-pressure container is avoided, and therefore energy consumption in the storage and transportation process is greatly reduced; the siphon liquid conveying mechanism remarkably reduces energy consumption and maintenance cost of a traditional pumping system, and therefore the energy efficiency of the whole storage and transportation process is improved.
