The invention discloses a deep sea node instrument laying device and laying method. The deep sea node instrument laying device comprises a computer control unit arranged on a surface ship, an underwater power transmission and distribution unit connected with the computer control unit and a surface ship power supply system through multifunctional cables, and an underwater robot connected with the underwater power transmission and distribution unit. The underwater robot comprises an OBN storage matrix, a plurality of propellers and a plurality of sensors, wherein the propellers are assembled on the OBN storage matrix and used for achieving underwater navigation, and the sensors are distributed on the OBN storage matrix and used for monitoring the navigation state and the underwater environment. By means of the device, an aerial seeding type operation mode is provided, high-precision continuous laying of the OBN on the seabed is achieved, the laying speed of the OBN can be greatly increased, that is, the computer control unit controls the underwater robot to submerge continuously at a constant speed in a water layer which is a certain distance away from the seabed, the OBN is controlled to be released continuously during constant-speed submerging, and therefore the underwater robot can stably lay the OBN on the seabed. And precisely sinking at a preset laying point position of the seabed along a parabolic path.

    本发明公开了一种深海节点仪器布放装置及布放方法,其中的深海节点仪器布放装置包括布置在水面船上的计算机控制单元、通过多功能电缆与计算机控制单元及水面船电源系统连接的水下动力输配单元、与水下动力输配单元连接的水下机器人;水下机器人包括OBN储存矩阵、装配在OBN储存矩阵上用以实现水下航行的多个推进器以及分布在OBN储存矩阵上用以监测航行状态和水下环境的多个传感器。借助该装置,本发明提出了一种“飞播式”作业模式,实现了OBN在海底的高精度连续布放,能大幅提高对OBN的布放速度,即计算机控制单元控制水下机器人在距海底一定距离的水层中持续定速潜航,定速潜航时受控不断释放OBN,使其沿抛物线轨迹精准沉放在海底预设的布放点位处。
