The invention discloses a precession system buffer structure of a gyro stabilization device, and relates to the technical field of gyro stabilization devices, the precession system buffer structure comprises a base, a first mounting seat, a second mounting seat, a first buffer, a second buffer and a collision block, the base is used for mounting a gyro rotor of a transverse precession swing, and the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat are respectively fixed on the base; the first buffer and the second buffer are correspondingly mounted on the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat respectively; the collision block is fixed on the gyro rotor; and when the gyrorotor transversely moves and swings, the collision block is driven to transversely move and swing, so that the collision block collides with the first buffer or the second buffer. The collision block is additionally arranged on the gyrorotor, the precession speed and the precession angle of the gyrorotor are controlled at the precession tail end of the gyrorotor through the buffer, control over the precession torque of the precession tail end of the gyrorotor is greatly improved, the working pressure of a hydraulic system is reduced, the service life of the hydraulic system is prolonged, and the service life of the hydraulic system is prolonged. And the equipment cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了陀螺减摇装置进动系统缓冲结构,涉及陀螺减摇装置技术领域,包括基座、第一安装座、第二安装座、第一缓冲器、第二缓冲器、撞块,基座用于安装横向进动摇摆的陀螺转子,第一安装座、第二安装座分别固定在基座上,第一缓冲器、第二缓冲器分别对应安装在第一安装座、第二安装座上,撞块固定在陀螺转子上;当陀螺转子横向进动摇摆时,带动撞块横向进动摇摆,使得撞块撞击第一缓冲器或第二缓冲器。本发明通过在陀螺转子上增加撞块,在陀螺转子的进动末端利用缓冲器来控制陀螺转子的进动速度以及进动角度,极大地提高了对陀螺转子进动末端进动力矩的控制,既降低了液压系统的工作压力、提高了液压系统的寿命,又降低了设备成本。
