The invention discloses an offshore foundation platform and a tension leg load adjusting method.The offshore foundation platform comprises a supporting body, a buoy, a driver and a tension leg, the buoy is connected to the supporting body and provided with a hollow inner cavity, at least part of the buoy is located below the seawater liquid level, and the buoy can move in the vertical direction relative to the supporting body; the driver is arranged between the supporting body and the buoy to drive the buoy to move relative to the supporting body, one end of each tension leg is connected with the supporting body, and the other end of each tension leg is connected with the seabed. According to the offshore foundation platform, the height of the offshore foundation platform is adjusted through the buoys, then the buoyancy acting on the supporting bodies is adjusted, the tension on the tension legs can be adjusted, the tension on the tension legs is always in a stable and controllable range, and therefore the stability of the platform can be improved, and the fatigue load of tendon materials of the tension legs can be relieved.
本发明公开了一种海上基础平台及张力腿载荷调节方法,海上基础平台包括支撑体、浮筒、驱动器和张力腿,浮筒连接在支撑体上,浮筒具有中空内腔,且浮筒的至少部分位于海水液面以下,浮筒相对于支撑体在竖直方向上可移动;驱动器设在支撑体和浮筒之间,以驱动浮筒相对于支撑体移动,张力腿的数量为多个,张力腿的一端与支撑体连接,张力腿的另一端与海底连接。本发明海上基础平台通过浮筒调节自身的高度,进而调节作用于支撑体上的浮力,可以对张力腿上的张力进行调整,使张力腿上的张力始终处于稳定的、可控的范围内,从而能够提高平台的稳定性,减轻张力腿筋腱材料的疲劳载荷。
