The invention discloses a motorcycle clutch actuating mechanism and an engine arrangement mode, and aims to overcome the defects that a hydraulic actuating mechanism of a clutch in the prior art is complex in structure and poor in maneuverability. The technical problem is solved through the following technical scheme that the device comprises a power output device, a worm and gear transmission device and a connecting rod transmission mechanism; the connecting rod transmission mechanism comprises a transmission rod, a first end rod and a second end rod, the input end of the worm and gear transmission device is connected with the output end of the power output device; the output end of the worm and gear transmission device is fixedly connected with the first end rod. A worm and gear structure is adopted as a transmission part of the executing mechanism, the characteristic of one-way power transmission of the worm and gear structure is utilized, and the maneuvering performance is more stable. Meanwhile, the structure is simple, the weight of the whole control structure can be reduced, control is not affected by temperature, and the control performance is excellent.

    本发明公开了一种摩托车离合器执行机构及发动机布置方式,旨在解决现有技术中离合器的液压执行机构结构复杂、操纵性能差的不足。本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:包括:动力输出装置、蜗轮蜗杆传动装置和连杆传动机构;连杆传动机构包括传动杆和转动设置在传动杆两端的第一端杆和第二端杆;蜗轮蜗杆传动装置的输入端与动力输出装置的输出端连接;蜗轮蜗杆传动装置的输出端与第一端杆固定连接。采用蜗轮蜗杆结构形式来作为执行机构的传动部件,利用蜗轮蜗杆结构动力单向传递的特点,操纵性能更加的稳定。同时结构简单,能够减少整体操纵结构的重量,且操纵不受温度的影响,具有操纵性能优越的特点。
