The invention relates to the technical field of mine rail vehicle braking, and particularly discloses a passive mine rail vehicle brake which comprises a frame, wheels are rotationally connected to the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the frame through mounting seats, fixing plates are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the front side and the rear side of the frame, and the fixing plates are located between the two wheels. Brake mechanisms are arranged at the adjacent ends of the two fixing plates, auxiliary brake mechanisms are arranged at the upper ends of the wheels, and the brake mechanisms are in transmission connection with the auxiliary brake mechanisms through transmission mechanisms. When the driving mechanism runs, the brake mechanism can be driven to work, so that the braking effect is achieved, after a first brake pad in the brake mechanism is worn out, an auxiliary brake mechanism can be driven to work through the transmission mechanism, and then the situation that the construction progress is affected due to the fact that replacement is conducted by parking on a rail can be avoided; and when the vehicle runs to a specified maintenance position, the driving distance is increased, and the risk in the transportation process is increased.

    本发明涉及矿用轨道车辆制动技术领域,具体公开了一种被动式矿用轨道车辆制动器,包括车架,车架左右两侧下端均通过安装座转动连接有车轮,车架前后两侧下端均固定连接有固定板,固定板位于两组车轮之间,两组固定板相邻的一端设置有刹车机构,车轮上端设置有辅助刹车机构,刹车机构与辅助刹车机构通过传动机构传动连接。本发明在驱动机构运转时,能够带动刹车机构进行工作,从而达到刹车的效果,当刹车机构中的第一刹车片磨损完后,可通过传动机构带动辅助刹车机构进行工作,进而能够避免在轨道上停车进行更换,将会影响施工进度,行驶到指定的检修位置,这将增加行驶距离,增加了运输过程中风险的问题。
