The invention discloses an electronic guide rubber wheel vehicle which comprises three vehicle bodies and six axles, two air springs are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of each of the six axles, the air springs are controlled through height adjusting valves, and the height adjusting valves are arranged in a central symmetry mode relative to the center of the electronic guide rubber wheel vehicle. Three height adjusting valves are arranged in the first vehicle body and the third vehicle body, and four height adjusting valves are arranged in the second vehicle body. By means of the 3-4-3 arrangement mode, the serious consequence caused by the fact that a workshop hinge device is damaged due to failure and air loss of a single air spring under the special operation working condition is effectively avoided; when the vehicle is in the steady-state turning process, the arrangement mode can apply anti-side-rolling torque opposite to the side-rolling direction to the vehicle body to the air spring, the anti-side-rolling torque and the anti-rolling rod jointly improve the angle steel degree of the whole vehicle, and safety redundancy is provided; and insufficient steering and bidirectional driving functions of the vehicle can be ensured, and the whole vehicle is easy to mount and level during assembly.

    本发明公开了一种电子导向胶轮车辆,其包括三个车体和六个车轴以及六个车轴两端分别对称设置有2个空气弹簧,空气弹簧通过高度调整阀进行控制,多个高度调整阀以相对于电子导向胶轮车辆的中心呈中心对称的方式配置,第一车体中和第三车体中设置有3个高度调整阀,第二车体中设置有4个高度调整阀。本发明的“3‑4‑3”布置方式,有效避免了在特殊运行工况下车间铰接装置因单个空气弹簧故障失气发生损坏从而造成的严重后果;当车辆处于稳态转弯过程中时,该布置方式能够向空气弹簧施加给车体一个与侧倾方向相反的抗侧滚力矩,与防倾杆共同提高整车角钢度,提供安全冗余;还可以保证车辆的不足转向及双向行驶功能,整车组装时易于安装和调平。
