The invention relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a single battery management system, a new energy vehicle, a method, an upper computer and a storage medium, and the system comprises a battery module which comprises a plurality of single batteries; the control element is connected with each battery monomer and is used for controlling the current direction of the battery monomer; the control panel is connected with the control element connected with each battery monomer and is used for controlling the control element according to the battery control instruction and monitoring electric power parameters of each battery monomer; the optical fiber temperature sensor is connected with each battery monomer and is used for monitoring the state parameter of each battery monomer; and the upper computer is respectively connected with the control panel and the optical fiber temperature sensor and is used for issuing a battery control instruction to the control panel and managing each single battery according to the electric power parameters transmitted by the control panel and/or the state parameters transmitted by the optical fiber temperature sensor. Therefore, the problem that the working state of the single battery cannot be accurately obtained in the prior art is solved.
