The invention discloses a direct-current charging pile and a filter screen blockage detection device and method thereof. The detection device comprises a temperature acquisition unit, a storage unit and a control unit, the temperature acquisition unit is used for acquiring charging temperature data during each charging; the storage unit is used for storing a preset charging pile filter screen state database; the control unit is used for acquiring the charging duration and the charging power of each time of charging; and judging the state of the filter screen of the charging pile according to the charging duration, the charging power and the charging temperature data during the same charging and the state database of the filter screen of the charging pile. The state of the filter screen can be automatically detected, the problems that the heat dissipation effect is poor and the charging pile quits operation due to the fact that the filter screen is not replaced in time are solved, and the problems that the operation and maintenance efficiency is low and the cost is high due to the fact that the filter screen is excessively cleaned or the protection level is improved are solved.

    本发明公开了一种直流充电桩及其滤网堵塞检测装置与方法,所述检测装置包括温度采集单元、存储单元和控制单元;温度采集单元用于在每次充电时采集充电温度数据;存储单元用于存储预设的充电桩滤网状态数据库;控制单元用于获取每次充电的充电时长和充电功率;根据同一次充电时的充电时长、充电功率、充电温度数据以及所述充电桩滤网状态数据库判断充电桩滤网状态。本发明可以实现滤网状态的自动检测,不仅避免了滤网更换不及时导致散热效果不佳、充电桩退出运行的问题,还避免了过度清洁滤网或提升防护等级导致运维效率低、成本高的问题。
