The invention relates to a heating control circuit, a heating control system and a vehicle, and the heating control circuit comprises an input sub-circuit and a driving sub-circuit. The input sub-circuit is used for receiving a first control signal, is switched on in response to the first control signal and outputting a second control signal, and is switched off in response to the situation that the first control signal is not received; the first end of the driving sub-circuit is connected with the heating element, the heating element is connected with the power supply end, the second end of the driving sub-circuit is connected with the first grounding end, and the third end of the driving sub-circuit is connected with the input sub-circuit to receive a second control signal; the driving sub-circuit is used for responding to a second control signal to be switched on, so that a path is formed between the power supply end and the first grounding end; or the input sub-circuit is switched off under the condition that the input sub-circuit is switched off. The heating control circuit can flexibly adjust the power of the heating element.
