An experiment system for realizing weight reduction by rotating charges in a vertical cylinder is characterized in that a closed hollow cylinder (1) similar to a chimney is vertically arranged in the system, a certain amount of substance elements (2) are closed in the cylinder, a heating device (3) and a high-voltage ionization device (4) are arranged in the cylinder, and the elements are changed into plasmas (5). A turbulent flow wind wheel (6) and a motor (7) are further arranged in the cylinder, a permanent magnet (8) is arranged on the outer side wall of the cylinder, an electrode plate (9) is installed on the upper portion or the lower portion of the cylinder, a direct-current high-voltage electricity generator (10) is further arranged in the system, an electromagnetic coil (11) is further wound outside the cylinder, and the direct-current high-voltage electricity generator (10) is connected with the electromagnetic coil (11). A main magnetic field (12) generated by rotation of charges in the system wraps the whole system.
