The invention discloses a charging pile operation management method, system and platform based on a cloud platform, and relates to the field of charging pile management, and the method comprises the steps: generating a user portrait of each charging station; according to the electric energy redundancy of the target area and the user portraits of the charging stations, electric energy consumption of the charging stations at future time nodes is predicted, and whether the charging stations are connected to a power grid energy storage device or not is judged; for one charging station, if the charging station is connected to the power grid energy storage device, determining an allocation strategy between a target charging pile in the charging station and the power grid energy storage device according to the equipment information; generating a power demand prediction result of the target charging pile at the future time node according to the user portrait of each charging station, the electric energy redundancy of the target region and the distribution strategy; and obtaining a regulation and control strategy of the target charging pile in the charging station at the future time node according to the power demand prediction result. The charging experience feeling of a user can be effectively improved.

    本申请公开了一种基于云平台的充电桩运营管理方法、系统及平台,涉及充电桩管理领域,其方法包括:通过生成每个充电站点的用户画像;根据目标地区的电能冗余量和充电站点的用户画像,预测得到充电站点在未来时间节点的电能消耗量,并判断充电站点是否接入电网储能装置;对于其中一个充电站点,若充电站点接入电网储能装置,根据设备信息确定充电站点中的目标充电桩与电网储能装置之间的分配策略;根据每个充电站点的用户画像、目标地区的电能冗余量和分配策略,生成目标充电桩在未来时间节点的电力需求预测结果;根据电力需求预测结果,得到充电站点中的目标充电桩在未来时间节点的调控策略。本申请可以有效提升用户充电体验感。
