The invention discloses an aluminum alloy surface laser alloying layer and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment. The g-C3N4 powder is added into the nickel-titanium alloy metal powder, in the laser alloying rapid cooling process, refractory metal or a ceramic phase serves as a core of heterogeneous nucleation, the prepared coating is subjected to fine grain strengthening, and therefore the obdurability of the coating is improved, and the problem of cracks is avoided while the high hardness of the coating is kept. According to the aluminum alloy surface laser alloying layer prepared through the method, grain refinement is obvious, the purpose of grain refinement strengthening is achieved, it is guaranteed that the coating has high hardness and high toughness at the same time, and therefore the collision resistance of aluminum alloy can be greatly improved, and the service life of an aluminum alloy anti-collision beam under the complex working condition is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金表面激光合金化层及其制备方法与应用,属于金属表面处理技术领域。本发明通过在镍钛合金金属粉末中加入g‑C3N4粉末,在激光合金化快速冷却过程中,难熔金属或陶瓷相作为异质形核的核心,使制备的涂层得到细晶强化,从而提高涂层的强韧性,在保持涂层高硬度的同时不产生裂纹问题。本发明制备的铝合金表面激光合金化层晶粒细化明显,达到了细晶强化的目的,保证涂层在具有高硬度的同时具有高韧性,从而可大大提高铝合金的耐碰撞性能,进而提高铝合金防撞梁在复杂工况下的使用寿命。
