The device comprises a gantry sliding frame, electric sliding rails are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the top of the gantry sliding frame, sliding seats are slidably connected to one ends of the electric sliding rails, a hollow mounting table is fixedly connected between the two sliding seats, a main rope roller is rotatably connected to the interior of the hollow mounting table, and a main sling is wound around one end of the main rope roller. The unwinding assembly is started to drive the main rope roller to achieve winding and unwinding of the main sling, so that the main sling drags the connecting table to drive the lifting hook to achieve hooking and sinking of a gabion, meanwhile, the synchronous assembly is matched to drive the auxiliary rope roller and the main rope roller to rotate synchronously, and winding and unwinding of the auxiliary sling are achieved; when the lifting hook lifts a gabion in the length direction of the main sling to move, the auxiliary sling is driven to pull one end of the connecting table to be tightened, and therefore part of shaking force of the lifting hook is counteracted through tightening force of the auxiliary sling.
