The invention discloses a testing device and a testing method for an aircraft main wheel turning system. The aircraft main wheel turning system comprises a turning system crank, a turning actuation system, a turning system connecting rod and a turning shaft and is mounted on the test device, and one end of the turning system crank is fixedly connected with a bracket connecting piece of the turning system bracket; the upper end of the turning actuation system is hinged with the other end of the turning system crank; a connecting rod connecting piece at the upper end of a turning system connecting rod is hinged to the third end of a turning system crank, loading points are additionally arranged on the two sides away from the rotation center of a turning shaft, clockwise rotation loading and anticlockwise rotation loading of a main wheel turning system are achieved by switching the loading points, and the loading mode of a conventional loading test bed is expanded. The maximum pressure and the tension locking force of the aircraft main wheel turning system and the turning rate of the aircraft main wheel turning system can be tested, the test requirements of the aircraft main wheel turning system are met, and safe, reliable and efficient work of the aircraft main wheel turning system is guaranteed.

    一种飞机主轮转弯系统的试验装置及试验方法。飞机主轮转弯系统包括转弯系统曲柄、转弯作动系统、转弯系统连杆和转弯轴,被安装在试验装置上,并使转弯系统曲柄的一端与转弯系统支架的支架连接件固定连接;转弯作动系统的上端与该转弯系统曲柄的另一端铰接;转弯系统连杆的上端的连杆连接件与转弯系统曲柄的第三端铰接,在距转弯轴转动中心的两边增加加载点,并通过对该加载点的切换,实现主轮转弯系统的顺时针转动加载和逆时针转动加载,扩展了常规加载试验台的加载方式。本发明能够测试飞机主轮转弯系统的最大压力和拉力锁紧力,以及飞机主轮转弯系统转弯速率,满足飞机主轮转弯系统试验要求,保障飞机主轮转弯系统安全、可靠且高效的工作。
