The invention discloses an ocean buoy system. The ocean buoy system comprises a solar power generation panel set, a wind generating set, a fuel cell, a control unit, a first storage battery and a second storage battery. When the target ocean buoy detects that the surrounding environment is not a target, the solar power generation device and the wind power generation device charge the two storage batteries. And when the target environment is detected and the electric quantity of the storage batteries is lower than a first electric quantity threshold value, the fuel cell starts to charge the two groups of storage batteries. The storage battery is used for supplying power to the electric load and the control unit, and the control unit is responsible for managing power distribution of the storage battery. And when the fuel cell is charged to a second electric quantity threshold value, the control unit stops the charging action of the fuel cell. Solar energy, wind power and fuel cells are combined to charge the battery pack, the stability and reliability of the power supply system are improved, and meanwhile the later maintenance cost is reduced. In addition, the strategy of automatically adjusting charging according to the electric quantity threshold can ensure the normal operation of the system and avoid overcharging.
