The invention discloses an electric push rod device for a monorail traffic turnout. Monorail traffic comprises a foundation base (2) and a rail turnout beam body (5), and one end of an electric push rod (1) is installed on the foundation base (2); the other end is connected with the track fork beam body (5) through the sliding bearing assembly (4); the electric push rod (1) is placed on the boss base (7) through the supporting assembly (3), and the supporting bottom plate assembly (6) fixedly connected with the boss base (7) is arranged on the horizontal upper surface of the boss base (7). The supporting assembly (3) can horizontally slide on the supporting bottom plate assembly (6) relative to the boss base (7). By adopting the technical scheme, the levelness installation difficulty of the electric push rod is effectively reduced, the influence of the aging factor in the operation period on the levelness is eliminated, the usability and reliability of a turnout system are improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种单轨交通道岔电动推杆装置,单轨交通包括基础底座(2)、轨道岔梁体(5),电动推杆(1)的一端安装在基础底座(2)上;另一端通过滑动轴承组件(4)与轨道岔梁体(5)连接;电动推杆(1)通过支撑组件(3)安放在凸台基座(7)上,在凸台基座(7)水平上表面上设置与其固定连接的支撑底板组件(6);支撑组件(3)可以在支撑底板组件(6)上作相对于凸台基座(7)的水平滑动移动。采用上述技术方案,有效降低电动推杆水平度安装难度,消除运营期的时效因素对水平度的影响,提高了道岔系统的可用性和可靠性,降低了维护成本。
