The invention relates to a train approaching early warning system and method, and the system comprises an embedded rail vibration signal collection device which comprises a three-axis vibration sensor which can be adsorbed on a rail to collect the vibration data of the rail in the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis; the neural network model is used for analyzing the vibration data, converting the neural network model trained at the server side into a format suitable for the embedded rail vibration signal acquisition equipment, and deploying the neural network model in the embedded rail vibration signal acquisition equipment; the neural network model comprises a dual-channel input convolution layer, a lower sampling layer, an upper sampling layer and an output layer; wherein the two-channel input convolution layer processes the high-frequency part and the low-frequency part in the vibration data, the features of the high-frequency part and the low-frequency part are fused, and a classification result is generated through the output layer after gradual compression of the lower sampling layer and reconstruction of the upper sampling layer. Rail vibration signals are processed on site in real time, and the accuracy and response speed of train approaching early warning are improved.
本发明一种列车接近预警系统及方法,包括嵌入式铁轨震动信号采集设备,包括三轴震动传感器,三轴震动传感器可吸附于铁轨以采集铁轨在XYZ三轴的震动数据;用于分析所述震动数据的神经网络模型,将在服务器端训练好的神经网络模型转换成适用于嵌入式铁轨震动信号采集设备的格式,并部署在嵌入式铁轨震动信号采集设备;神经网络模型包括双通道输入卷积层、下采样层、上采样层以及输出层;其中,双通道输入卷积层处理所述震动数据中的高频和低频两部分,并将高频和低频两部分的特征进行融合,经下采样层的逐步压缩和所述上采样层的重建,并通过输出层生成分类结果。实现在现场实时处理铁轨震动信号,提高了列车接近预警的准确性和响应速度。
