The track engineering machinery vehicle heat preservation device comprises a heat preservation type vehicle body and a heat preservation type floor arranged at the lower end of the heat preservation type vehicle body, a vehicle window heat preservation structure is arranged at the connection position of a vehicle window installation opening and a vehicle window of the heat preservation type vehicle body, and a vehicle door heat preservation structure is arranged at the connection position of a vehicle door installation opening and a vehicle door of the heat preservation type vehicle body. A sealing heat preservation structure is arranged at the position of a through hole formed in the heat preservation type vehicle body and used for installing small parts. A heat preservation type movable floor covers the access hole of the heat preservation type floor, one end of the heat preservation type movable floor is hinged to the corresponding position of the access hole, and the other end of the heat preservation type movable floor is detachably and fixedly connected with the heat preservation type floor through a triangular lock. By optimizing the heat preservation structure of the rail engineering mechanical vehicle, the defect that the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the vehicle is large due to the large temperature difference between the south climate and the north climate is overcome, the energy consumption of air conditioner refrigeration and electric heater heating power is effectively reduced, the requirements of high-speed rail lines in different regions at present are met, and the heat preservation performance, safety and comfort of the whole vehicle are guaranteed; the energy consumption is reduced.

    提供一种轨道工程机械车保温装置,包括保温型车体和设于保温型车体下端的保温型地板,保温型车体的车窗安装口与车窗连接位置设有车窗保温结构,且保温型车体的车门安装口与车门连接位置设有车门保温结构,保温型车体上设置的用于小部件安装的贯通孔处设有密封保温结构;保温型地板的检修口处盖设有保温型活地板,保温型活地板一端与检修口对应位置铰接,且保温型活地板另一端通过三角锁与保温型地板可拆式固连。本发明通过优化轨道工程机械车的保温结构,解决了轨道工程机械车因南北气候温差大而造成车内外温差大的弊端,有效降低了空调制冷和电暖器加热功率的能耗,满足目前不同地域高铁线路需求,保证整车保温性能和安全舒适性,降低能耗。
