The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle energy management method considering driving condition change and a system thereof, which can avoid damage to the health state of a battery caused by excessive charging and discharging or violent fluctuation of electric quantity, and can effectively improve the economical efficiency of a hybrid electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps of inputting vehicle speed information into a trained driving condition recognition model, and outputting a driving condition recognition result which is an urban driving condition or a suburban driving condition; the driving condition recognition model is established based on a sequence network, parameters are initialized by adopting glorot normal distribution, an Adam optimization algorithm is used as an optimizer, and a cross entropy loss function is used for model training to obtain the driving condition recognition model; the sequence network comprises a recurrent neural network (RNN), a long short-term memory (LSTM) network or a neural network based on an attention mechanism Transform; and selecting an energy optimization controller according to the driving condition recognition result, inputting the driving condition recognition result into the selected energy optimization controller, and outputting an instantaneous energy optimization control result.

    本申请公开了考虑驾驶条件变化的混合动力汽车能量管理方法及其系统,可以避免过度充放电或电量剧烈波动导致电池健康状态受损,并且可以有效提高混合动力汽车的经济性。该方法包括:将车辆速度信息输入训练好的驾驶条件识别模型中,输出驾驶条件识别结果,驾驶条件识别结果为城市驾驶条件或者郊区驾驶条件;驾驶条件识别模型是基于序列网络搭建,并采用glorot正态分布初始化参数,以Adam优化算法作为优化器,使用交叉熵损失函数进行模型训练得到;序列网络包括循环神经网络RNN、长短期记忆网络LSTM或者基于注意力机制Transformer的神经网络;根据驾驶条件识别结果选取能量优化控制器,并将驾驶条件识别结果输入选取的能量优化控制器中,输出瞬时能量优化控制结果。
