The invention provides a closed air supply control system and a closed air supply control method for an air suspension, and relates to the technical field of air supply of air suspensions.In the control system, an air storage tank communicates with an air inlet of a reversing valve SV6 through an electromagnetic valve SV0; a first air outlet of the reversing valve SV6 is communicated with a second air outlet of the reversing valve SV6 and a second air outlet of the reversing valve SV7 after sequentially passing through the compressor, the one-way valve CV3, the drying tank and the one-way valve CV1; the four air springs communicate with an air inlet of the reversing valve SV7 through the electromagnetic valves SV1, SV2, SV3 and SV4 correspondingly, and a first air outlet of the reversing valve SV6 communicates with an air inlet of the compressor. The air filter is communicated with an air inlet of the compressor through a one-way valve CV2; and an air outlet of the one-way valve CV3 is communicated with the atmosphere through an electromagnetic valve SV5. Through the six electromagnetic valves and the two reversing valves, the electromagnetic valves are used as few as possible for power-on work, all air suspension function requirements can be met, and energy loss is reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于空气悬架的闭式供气控制系统及控制方法,涉及空气悬架供气技术领域,控制系统中,储气罐通过电磁阀SV0与换向阀SV6进气口连通,换向阀SV6第一出气口依次通过压缩机、单向阀CV3、干燥罐、单向阀CV1后与换向阀SV6第二出气口和换向阀SV7第二出气口连通;四个空气弹簧分别通过电磁阀SV1、SV2、SV3、SV4与换向阀SV7进气口连通,换向阀SV6第一出气口与压缩机进气口连通;空气滤化器通过单向阀CV2与压缩机进气口连通;单向阀CV3出气口通过电磁阀SV5与大气连通。本申请通过六个电磁阀和两个换向阀,使用尽可能少的电磁阀通电工作,即可实现所有空气悬架功能需求,减少能量损耗。
