The invention relates to the technical field of non-controlled airspace intelligent operation management, in particular to an urban-level low-altitude airspace intelligent operation supervision method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving task data indicating a flight plan of an aircraft, the flight plan comprising planned flight time and a planned route; whether the airspace capacity corresponding to the planned flight time can meet the flight requirement of an operator or not is determined, if not, first information indicating re-planning of a flight plan is generated and fed back to the operator, and the first information comprises recommended flight time and a recommended route; receiving dynamic data indicative of a flight course of the aircraft within the airspace; and determining whether the aircraft deviates from the planned route based on the flight route, and if yes, generating second information indicating to return to the route and feeding back the second information to the aircraft. According to the invention, through perception and acquisition of aircraft basic data, aircraft flight dynamic data and aircraft state data, digital services of airspace and flight are provided, and unified supervision of aircrafts can be realized.

    本发明涉及非管制空域智能运管技术领域,具体涉及一种城市级低空空域智能运营监管方法及系统,包括以下步骤:接收指示航空器的飞行计划的任务数据,其中飞行计划包括计划飞行时间以及计划航线;确定与计划飞行时间对应的空域容量能否满足运营商的飞行需求,若否,生成指示重新规划飞行计划的第一信息反馈给运营商,其中第一信息包括推荐飞行时间以及推荐航线;接收指示空域内航空器的飞行航线的动态数据;以及基于飞行航线确定航空器是否偏离计划航线,若是,生成指示返回航线的第二信息反馈给航空器。本发明通过航空器基础数据、航空器飞行动态数据以及航空器状态数据的感知与获取,提供空域与飞行的数字化服务,可实现对航空器的统一监管。
