The invention discloses a bus pull-in scheduling method, device and equipment, and is used for relieving the stop leaving obstruction between buses, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the vehicle information of a bus which is expected to pull in, and the vehicle information comprises the driving speed and the real-time position; calculating the estimated arrival time of the bus according to the bus information; determining a station entering sequence of the buses according to the predicted station entering time; calculating theoretical departure time of the bus according to the predicted arrival time and the predicted service duration; according to the arrival sequence and the theoretical departure time, whether departure obstruction exists in the buses is judged, and the departure obstruction means that the theoretical departure time of the front bus is later than the theoretical departure time of the rear bus; and if the departure obstruction exists, controlling and adjusting the driving process of part or all of the buses, and updating the arrival sequence and/or the theoretical departure time so as to reduce the duration of the departure obstruction.
