The invention discloses an expressway vehicle space-time path prediction method and device, and relates to the technical field of traffic information, and the method comprises the steps: determining a to-be-predicted target expressway section, carrying out the expressway section division of the target expressway section, and obtaining a sub expressway section set; acquiring sub-passing duration when all target vehicles pass through each sub-expressway section, and calculating sub-comprehensive passing duration of each sub-expressway section; and determining an abnormal sub-expressway section based on the sub-comprehensive passing duration, further determining an abnormal influence factor of the abnormal sub-expressway section, and performing vehicle space-time path prediction based on the abnormal influence factor. Therefore, by implementing the method, the determination accuracy of the abnormal sub-expressway section set can be improved, the determination accuracy of the abnormal influence factors of the abnormal sub-expressway sections is further improved, and thus the accuracy and stability of expressway vehicle space-time path prediction are improved.
