The invention provides an over-limit truck early warning method based on positioning data, and the method comprises the steps: (1) collecting existing truck positioning and speed data, truck overweight detection data and truck driving attribute data, adding the data into a database, and continuously adding real-time data; (2) performing linear interpolation completion, road section matching and abnormal data elimination on the data, forming standardized speed sequence data from speed data according to road section speed limitation, and dividing the standardized speed sequence data into fixed-length standardized speed sequences according to a specified data length; (3) taking the fixed-length standardized speed sequence data and the truck driving attribute data as input, and taking truck overweight detection data as labels of the input data to train a support vector machine model and a Logistic regression model respectively, and taking the models as a first model and a second model respectively; and (4) determining an early warning period length T, inputting the acquired fixed-length standardized speed sequence data and the truck driving attribute data into the first model and the second model, and periodically performing early warning according to the early warning period length.

    本发明提出一种基于定位数据的超限货车预警方法,该方法包括:(1)收集已有的货车定位和速度数据、货车超重检测数据以及货车行驶属性数据加入数据库,并不断添加实时数据;(2)将数据进行线性插值补齐、路段匹配、异常数据剔除,将速度数据依照路段限速形成标准化速度序列数据,按照指定数据长度划分成定长标准化速度序列;(3)将定长标准化速度序列数据、货车行驶属性数据作为输入,将货车超重检测数据作为输入数据的标签分别训练支持向量机模型和Logistic回归模型,分别作为第一模型和第二模型;(4)确定预警周期长度T,将采集定长标准化速度序列数据、货车行驶属性数据输入到第一模型和第二模型中,按照预警周期长度周期性地进行预警。
